Kayla is a female Capuchin monkey of slender build, with a particularly sweet and patient personality. She has been hand‑raised with constant human contact and is comfortable with being handled by different people. She loves to be groomed, to sit on a lap and watch television, and to play gently with soft toys. Her diet includes apples, bananas, pears, carrots, cucumber, walnuts, almonds, and a high‑quality primate pellet. She drinks from a water bottle and is very neat.

Training and behaviour
Kayla responds to her name and comes when called. She enters her travel crate voluntarily and accepts a harness without stress. She uses a designated toilet area and is extremely clean. She has learned to “give paw” and to “spin” for a treat. She is not destructive and has never damaged furniture. She is vocal but not loud, using soft chirps to communicate.

Socialisation
Kayla has lived with two other female Capuchins and a cat. She is not territorial and is very tolerant of other animals. She enjoys foraging games and solving simple puzzles.
